GPlogic gives you the ability to lodge an expression of interest
for a rural placement up to five years in
advance.
With GPlogic
you can train in a large regional city or take to the skies
with the world famous Royal Flying Doctor Service. We’ll
give you access to Aboriginal health, procedural work, academic
and research posts and locum opportunities.
A rural term can
be whatever you want it to be.
Just make sure you get in early.
If you don’t lodge an expression of interest by 1 March
or 1 September for the following term then our Placement Committee
will attempt to secure a post for you. Be aware, however, that
many of our practices are in demand from our own registrars
so the earlier you contact us the more likely you are to get
the placement you want.
Explore the training opportunities
in the GPlogic region by clicking on the various training locations
listed on the left. If you need any help call our Registrar
Support Manager, Margaret Beer on 02 6882 4911.
When you find
something that interests you, you need to follow Steps 1-4
below.

STEP 1
Register your interest with GPlogic by clicking on the green
button top left. The sooner you begin the process the more
likely you are to get your choice.

STEP 2
Attend an interview if invited by the practice.

STEP 3
Inform GPlogic and your home training provider of the outcome
of your interview.
